Data Backup Options
CRITICAL: Colorista does not have internal backups. To protect your important data you must use one of Apple’s backup methods (iCloud or iTunes). You must decide which backup to use and perform regular backups in order to protect your data. All Colorista data is backed up with either of these methods.

Multiple Device Sync Support
Although we are working on multiple device sync support we have not yet completed this feature. To protect your data be sure to backup your phone regularly. We recommend that you use Apple’s iCloud Backup functionality. See About backups for iOS devices for details on how to setup and use the backup options.

Transferring Data and Purchase to a new Device
Transferring your data to another device is done by performing a full backup from your source device and restoring to another device. There are two methods:

1. Use iTunes to backup your source device and restore to your destination device.
2. Use iCloud to backup your source device and restore to your destination device.

**Please note that this transfers all personal and application data but does NOT transfer the actual applications. You will have to re-download your Apps from the AppStore on the new device after you before the data transfer.

After you transfer your data to the new device you will need to re-download Colorista from the App Store and restore your purchase by following these steps:

1. Open the main menu.
2. Tap the “Purchase/Upgrade” button – you may have to scroll to page 2 on smaller screen devices.
3. Tap the “Restore Previous Transactions” button.
4. Enter your Apple ID password when prompted.
5. You should see a success message after a few moments.
